The newly created Capital Developments’ Strategic Change team is bringing a people system view to capital investment across Fraser Health.
This team fosters collaborative partnerships, integrates technical and clinical systems, and aligns capital asset delivery with strategic priorities.
Though the team is new, the individuals on it have a long track record of achievements within Fraser Health. We utilize tried and true tools and methods in strategic thought leadership, project and change management and are proud to contribute to the evolution of best practice.
The overall responsibilities will include providing strategic leadership and consultation in the design, planning, implementation, integration and evaluation of transformational change initiatives as part of major capital development investments.
These investments often times include facility (re)developments and / or information management advances.
You will lead a team of change enablers including other strategic change practitioners, establish and reinforce shared vision and provide operational direction. You will also :
