Customer Sales and Service Representatives handle inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve client concerns in the following main areas : Activation, Account Information, the Network and Handsets.
In an inbound call center environment, our Client Care Representatives support our clients that are currently using either a "prepaid" or "postpaid" PCS handset : ensuring all of their inquiries and services exceed their expectations in terms of responsiveness, completeness and accuracy.
Note : We honour our employees with an excellent compensation package including benefits, and a starting wage of $20.16 per hour.
Possibility to take advantage of our At Home program in the future Our call center hours of operation are currently : Monday to Friday 8 : 00 am-
10 : 15pm and 9 : 00 am-8 : 15pm Saturday and Sunday.
