Performs sales, generates leads, resolves member issues and provides support for consumer and business members through a variety of technology-
enabled means (chat, live video, etc.). Resolves Tier I technology problems and refers more complex requests to other units.
Drives product sales, cross-selling, referrals and provides warm hand-offs to Specialists. Educates members on self-serve and digital channels.
As assigned, delivers outbound calling to deepen member relationships and / or to initiate sales discussions.
This team serves our members’ needs 7 days a week. The Inbound Contact Centre Representative works on a rotation which includes working one weekend a month as well as getting to take a 4 day weekend monthly.
