Spécialiste d’autopilote pour supporter les équipes de service après-vente (PDS) et à la clientèle (CS)

Rôle et responsabilités :

  • Être le point de contact principal pour tout problème rencontré par l’équipe de mise à jour et potentiellement du service à la clientèle relié au système de pilotage automatique.
  • Prendre en charge le système de pilotage automatique à tous les niveaux : logiciel et matériel, du design au développement en utilisant les meilleures pratiques de l’entreprise.
  • Documenter, définir, modifier et étoffer les documents de maintenance, opérations et dépannage.
  • Capacité à gérer des projets de A à Z, relation client, rigueur.
  • Flexibilité et disponibilité à voyager.
  • Vos qualifications :

  • Baccalauréat en génie, informatique, discipline aéronautique ou une expérience équivalente.
  • Connaissance et intérêt pour la programmation Fortran et C est essentielle, le C++ un atout.
  • Intérêt et capacité à supporter tous les volets techniques, logiciel et matérielle en lien avec les systèmes d’autopilotage avec un maximum d’autonomie.
  • Expérience dans l’analyse, design, et implémentation de systèmes en temps réel sur unité centrale (main frame) et dans un environnement distribué serait un atout.
  • Bilinguisme français / anglais, requis

    Role and Responsibilities

  • Act as the main interface of the Technical Support and Updates staff in resolving complex technical problems that require autopilot software or hardware knowledge.
  • Perform all levels of autopilot software and / or hardware designs; utilizing established engineering standards, to support training device development and modification requirements.
  • Design, develop, and document operational, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Ability to lead projects from A to Z, customer relations, rigor.
  • Willingness to travel worldwide to support engineering operations.
  • Your qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Aeronautical disciplines or equivalent work experience
  • Languages : FORTRAN, C is a must, C++ is a plus
  • Willingness to perform all technical aspects, both hardware and software, in related field(s) of expertise with minimal assistance.
  • Experienced in analysis, design, and implementation of real time flight simulation systems and software on mainframe or distributed computing environments is a plus.
  • Bilingual (French and English) required.
