Our Montreal-based client is looking for a director to perform client management and lead a team of accountants, accounting technicians and paymasters.
Our services are aimed at international and local clients, of all sizes and in all fields, and include : bookkeeping, financial reporting, payroll management, miscellaneous tax returns, assistance and emergency solutions, support for implementation of accounting systems, staff training, support for business creation and support for international companies.

Development of affairs
Act as an intermediary between senior management and junior staff.
Develop constructive relationships by demonstrating motivational and communicative leadership.

BAC in Accounting
8 years old , relevant experience
Bilingualism (French, English)
Advanced knowledge of MS Office
Advanced knowledge in accounting
Advanced knowledge of sales taxes, salaries and government remittances
Sage advanced knowledge
General CaseWare and TaxPrep knowledge
Mortgage management skills, clients and staff
Leadership motivator and communicator
Be willing to travel to current and potential customers, mainly in the greater Montreal area.
