We are now hiring for Commissary / Driver to work in our flight kitchen located at the Edmonton airport. This position is represented by a labor Union and is covered by one or more collective bargaining agreement.
A commissary / driver employee is responsible for building bars / bulk / duty free for all the flights which includes checking information from load sheet, understands commissary specs and diagrams.
Attend phone calls from duty free companies and transfer all flight details into HHC. Manage and keep track for inventory.
Print bar forms and prepare paper work and seal trollies and units.Prepare form Satchles.managing and take actions according to customer requirements.
Taking all the trollies and units from commissary department and putting everything together and hand over to dispatcher.
manage all the spec files for all airlines properly. print specs and update all information.
