Job Responsibilities :

Handles routine requests for information

Creates, updates and maintains files and mailing lists

Filing QC Paperwork in paper and on the computer drive

Prepare weekly reports of documentation

Support the testing team with administrative tasks as required

Prepares correspondence, reports and presentations

Compiles and maintains records of business transactions

Receives, date stamps and distributes incoming mails

General / Other Responsibilities and Duties

Handles photocopying, scanning and faxing

Performs other tasks as needed / requested

Job Qualifications : High school diploma

High school diploma

A minimum of 1 to 2 years administrative / clerical experience in a busy office

Experience with standard office administrative practices and procedures and clerical duties

Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and telephone / customer service skills

Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and to meet deadlines

Ability to handle schedules / calendars and travel arrangements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Physical / Travel / Attendance Requirements

Works in an office environment

Frequently sits for long periods of time

Frequently speaks, reads, writes and uses a computer keyboard

May require occasional standing, walking, lifting, stooping, or bending
