To provide administrative and system support to the House Maintenance Department
General Duties :
Maintain the highest level of service and professionalism at all times in a busy environment. Provide friendly, helpful service to our residents
Monthly Unit Inspections
Check Out Assessments
Generation and processing of daily resident related work orders
Assist with coordinating projects between teams
Assist with Inventory Control
Assist with Asset management
Assist maintenance employees with general duties
Promote our Project Zero Commitment through education and daily execution
Build and promote HOUSE through positive relations with residents, guests, external employees and neighbors as required
Innovate around the resident experience by contributing, initiating and implementing new ideas in a team environment

Operating a vehicle is an essential function of this position and will require the applicant to meet the minimum requirements of the Whistler Blackcomb Driver’s Standards Policy
This individual must have good attention to detail, be highly organized and possess a strong work ethic
Strong computer skills with; MS Office (Outlook / Word / Excel) are required
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
A general knowledge of building systems and maintenance is an asset
Proof of clear criminal record check
