Job Description

The Customer Service Outsource Representative at SinglePoint is a professional, responsible, and goal-orientated individual who handles mainly in-

bound and occasional out-bound calls with a high degree of customer service and sensitivity.

Job Functions

  • Ability to cross sell and retain customers
  • Handle customer calls and take payments on accounts.
  • Handle each call with a high level of professionalism and respect while ensuring the needs of the customer and business are satisfied
  • Successful and proactive sales and marketing of new products to existing customers
  • Resolving of customer account discrepancies
  • Compliance of strict guidelines regarding privacy and protection of consumer information
  • Meet and exceed individual targets and performance expectations
