Ability to cross sell and retain customers
Handle customer calls and take payments on accounts.
Handle each call with a high level of professionalism and respect while ensuring the needs of the customer and business are satisfied
Successful and proactive sales and marketing of new products to existing customers
Resolving of customer account discrepancies
Compliance of strict guidelines regarding privacy and protection of consumer information
