Job Responsibilities :
Performs a variety of clerical office duties such as maintaining files, keeping records, preparing schedules, compiling data for reports, searching and investigating information contained in files, processing departmental documents, posting records and typing correspondence and reports from rough drafts.
Also responsible for duties including :
Registration and administration of Common Core program
Setting up new hires with safety course system access (including in-house BITS program)
Scanning and filing of electronic documents
Creating and maintaining consistent digital employee records
Converting information from the field, in to electronic data management systems (GEMS system)
Organize 3rd party training and reporting
Data entry and administration of 3rd party contractor management platforms (ISN, Avetta, Complyworks, Cognibox)
Complete RFP / RFQ with EHST data entry
Assist with creating reports from our In Vehicle Monitoring System (IVMS). Follow up on required action items, and generate reports on a regular basis
Updating and digitally filing sustainability metrics, annual EHS documents and reports
Manage EHS Scorecard Documents
Assist EHST Team with expense reporting
Support EHST employee with system based access issues
Order EHST documents and collateral
Any other duties as assigned
Education and Experience :
Typically requires High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2+ years related experience. Adept and experienced with electronic filing and related systems.
Information management systems experience (asset).
