Your role

The business analyst will be to advise our clients during the implementation and improvement of integrated management (Infor SX Enterprise) solution in the functional areas of distribution and warehouse management.

  • Proceed to the diagnosis and analysis of the needs of our customers, to the level of distribution and warehouse management
  • Responsible for implementing or improving the Infor SX Enterprise suite
  • Participate in the definition of the functional specifications relevant to the customer's business operations
  • Configure applications to meet business needs
  • Identify the sources of problems during implementation and design computer or procedural solutions
  • Train and support users during the implementation of SX Enterprise
  • Grasp the essential elements of a business process, quickly analyze and extract the strong points and weak points subject to improvement in the specific context of the customer
  • Participate in the work of updating of processes and operating procedures
  • Attend, when required, the pre-sale team
  • What we are looking for

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in business, management information systems or equivalent
  • Relevant experience in distribution business
  • Functional knowledge of the distribution process
  • Experience in implementation of ERP systems
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Perfect command of the English and the French, both oral and written
  • Be available to move at customers' offices (Quebec and Ontario)
  • Experience in project management
  • Functional accounting knowledge an asset
  • Knowledge of concepts related to Business Intelligence software would be an asset
