If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our HR team and help make a difference within our Van Houtte Coffee Services division!Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will work closely with the leadership teams to drive and implement HR programs, in order for Van Houtte Coffee Services to deliver on its strategic and operational plans.
You will have the opportunity to put to contribution your business partner background, proven change management and project management experience to handle a broad range of human resources initiatives.
You will also partner and collaborate with our Global Centres of Excellence such as HR Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent, and HR Communications and Culture, to provide HR support to all team members in the organization.
In your role, your responsibilities will include :
Play an advisory role and act as a coach for managers in the areas of : talent management, performance management, employee and work relations, compensation management, succession planning, and internal movements;
Assume a role of expert in the application and interpretation of provincial and federal laws and regulations;
Promote HR programs and best practices within the organization, and be responsible for the implementation of initiatives directly related to the national human resources strategy;
Act a leader in the deployment of HR projects, programs and policies;
Ensure an harmonized approach & application of HR and management practices that support the human resources’ vision and that are aligned across the organization;
Lead various organizational development projects in line with business priorities, and act as a change agent;
Develop and monitor the required performance indicators to support the people aspect of the business.
Bachelor degree in administration (human resources) or industrial relations;
6 to 8 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, in an organization with national or global scope;
Demonstrated experience in developing partnerships and establishing credibility with internal clients as well as with HR centres of excellence;
Ability to coach and provide strategic and operational advice to all levels of management and to connect with all levels of the organization;
Strong knowledge of Canadian labour laws;
Ability to work in a fast-paced and matrix environment, and to adapt to change;
Demonstrated creative and collaborative approach to problem-solving;
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, both in English and French;
Availability to travel in Canada (up to 15% of the time).
