Specifically, the Sales Coordinator supports the sales team (more than a hundred employees) by performing the following tasks :
Fill out forms (customers, suppliers, prices, discounts, etc.) and forward them to the appropriate departments
Check the integrity of customer data and update it regularly on the various forms for the organization’s ERP systems : Oracle, Velo, SAP, JDE, etc.
Work as part of a team
Liaise with customers, sales and other relevant groups (master data, sales, credit, finance, logistics, telesales, customer service) to resolve problems in a timely manner
Other related tasks
Bachelor of Commerce or other relevant degree (an asset)
Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
Excellent organizational skills, advanced computer skills (Office Suite : Word, Excel with pivot tables, PowerPoint) C4C, SAP, OBI, SharePoint, etc. (an asset)
