Job Description

This position is responsible for the coordination of all services delivery to our customers..

Service Coordination :

  • Answer incoming service calls and emails for all technical service requisitions.
  • Entering customer's information in the computer software to issue a work-order.
  • Dispatching all service calls to the appropriate technician, including all related information.
  • Confirm to customer's completion of all service and maintenance work by updating the computer software or by contacting the customer directly.
  • Follow-up daily with customers and team members at branch level.
  • Issue purchase orders as required.
  • Enter all necessary information for the invoice to be process as required.
  • Verify all work orders for accuracy and proper completion.
  • Assist in planning of technical training.
  • Job Requirements

    To secure this long term career opportunity you must possess :

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in the HVAC, plumbing or electrical industry, preferably.
  • Show significant oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrate personal and professional stability.
  • Be able to operate in MS Outlook / Word and Excel for general administrative duties.
