This position is responsible for the coordination of all services delivery to our customers..
Service Coordination :
Answer incoming service calls and emails for all technical service requisitions.
Entering customer's information in the computer software to issue a work-order.
Dispatching all service calls to the appropriate technician, including all related information.
Confirm to customer's completion of all service and maintenance work by updating the computer software or by contacting the customer directly.
Follow-up daily with customers and team members at branch level.
Issue purchase orders as required.
Enter all necessary information for the invoice to be process as required.
Verify all work orders for accuracy and proper completion.
Assist in planning of technical training.

3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in the HVAC, plumbing or electrical industry, preferably.
Show significant oral and written communication skills in English.
Demonstrate personal and professional stability.
Be able to operate in MS Outlook / Word and Excel for general administrative duties.
