We are a team of Supply Operations experts with the responsibility to provide materials and services to enable the construction of the Wireline and Wireless network infrastructure from coast to coast.

We are constantly looking to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our business process to deliver better outcomes for our internal stakeholders and external customers.

We get to work with the latest and greatest technologies such as fiber optic Gigabit Passive Optical Networks (GPON) and 4G / 5G small cells.

You are a passionate and experienced business analyst who is able to identify process improvement opportunities, apply the latest RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools and technologies, and deliver long-

lasting outcomes with positive ROI to improve bottom line business performance.

In addition, you are able to provide effective reporting and analysis across multiple projects and team members at various levels in the organization.

You can demonstrate a proven capability to engage and gain key stakeholder support and work across different business units leveraging the most appropriate collaboration tools to support virtual teamwork.

You will partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive key strategic and transformational initiatives to ensure TELUS is #1 in customer service.

Here's how

  • Idea generation and implementation of continuous improvements within the supply chain process
  • Driving high level of compliance for corporate policies reporting and follow-up on procurement policies
  • Providing timely reports for management
  • Train existing and new team members
  • Respond to escalations associated within the Purchase Order cycle
  • Qualifications

    You're the missing piece of the puzzle

  • 3+ years in a similar role and / or related education with demonstrated performance and increasing levels of responsibility
  • Advanced capabilities with Microsoft (MS) Office tools including : Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Advanced database skills : Excel (including pivot tables), SAP, Access
  • SAP / Operating Systems / ERP systems experience / capabilities
  • Good communication skills (verbal, written, presentation and facilitation)
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Accounting and / or similar discipline with analytical bias
  • Great-to-haves

  • Experience in Systems Analysis or Robotic Process Automation is an asset
  • Experience with Domo or Tableau
  • APICS, PMAC, Project Management / Business Analysis certifications is an asset
  • Bilingualism in English & French
