As a Laser Quest Manager, you will work in partnership with the General Manager to inspire a team of people to create and deliver a fun, safe and entertaining experience that exceeds customer expectations.
Your involvement in the operations of your Centre and leading your team to achieve Centre goals will be the keys to success.
As a team leader you will be responsible for supervising people, ensuring that your team is motivated and productive in achieving Company standards.
From assisting with marketing plans, to keeping equipment in good working order and ensuring the safety of our Employees and Customers, there’s never a dull moment! You will provide exceptional customer service through behaviour that supports Laser Quest’s mission and vision, and develop your team using your effective leadership and management skills.
Your connections with the community and ability to build the business in partnership with the General Manager will serve you well.

2-4 years of managerial experience in the retail, hospitality or entertainment industry
Proven experience leading a team to achieve goals, by helping to develop their skill set through hands on coaching
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
This role requires continuous standing / walking, listening for and monitoring marshal calls, speaking in front of large groups, standing for long periods of time in a dim light, loud, fog filled multi-level arena.
