We are currently seeking a Total Rewards Administrator who would like to join a company that is committed to the success of each employee and offers challenge, purpose and the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally in a team-oriented environment.

Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, you will undertake the following :

  • Maintain the new hire process in ADP (Workforce Now)
  • Process employee terminations and aid in sending ROE’s to Service Canada
  • Workforce Now Reporting
  • Assist with bi-weekly time and attendance records
  • Assist in preparing and tracking cheque requisitions
  • Assist in the completion and tracking of car taxable forms
  • Create and maintain job codes
  • Create and maintain physical employee files and review for accuracy
  • Assist in various human resources and payroll audits
  • Collect and track sales commission forms quarterly and Annual Incentive Plans forms annually
  • Input benefit information into Workforce Now
  • Weekly benefit upload to our third party benefit provider (IA)
  • Send benefit card and email summarizing all benefits, including RSP enrollment

  • 2+ years’ experience in human resources, payroll and benefits
  • Detail oriented with excellent organization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • Ability to maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and ADP (WFN) payroll system.
