We are currently looking for an Receptionist for one of our clients located in Toronto.

We offer :

  • Schedule of 9 am to 5 pm
  • Primary Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for reception and administrative support to the real estate property management department.
  • Duties include greeting people, coordinating meetings, answering phones, managing calendars for management team, completing expense reports, monitoring and ordering supplies and sorting / distributing mail, and other tasks as assigned.
  • General duties include : Boardroom cleanup, fill dishwasher, etc.
  • Requirements :

  • Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Familiarity with MS Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat required.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a reception / administrative role preferred.
