We are currently looking for an Receptionist for one of our clients located in Toronto.

Schedule of 9 am to 5 pm
Primary Responsibilities :
Responsible for reception and administrative support to the real estate property management department.
Duties include greeting people, coordinating meetings, answering phones, managing calendars for management team, completing expense reports, monitoring and ordering supplies and sorting / distributing mail, and other tasks as assigned.
General duties include : Boardroom cleanup, fill dishwasher, etc.
Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
Familiarity with MS Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat required.
Minimum one year of experience in a reception / administrative role preferred.
