We are looking for an experienced, passionate and outgoing leader to spearhead the business development and marketing program for TELUS IQ.

The successful candidate will play a key leadership role as part of the TELUS IQ team.
In addition to leading business development, you’ll have an opportunity to drive the Voice of Customer program, grow the IQ marketing capability and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the business.
All while working closely with the TELUS Business Solutions East and Business Solutions West sales teams as well as our top enterprise and mid-market customers.
With broad-reaching responsibilities and a high degree of executive visibility, you’ll have the opportunity to create real, tangible value for TELUS enterprise customers by flexing your strong communication skills, business acumen and leadership grit.
Here is some of what YOU will get to do
Lead business development efforts for TELUS IQ including creation and design of certification programs, rep training and sales engagement initiatives
Run the Voice-of-Customer program including survey design, customer interviews, and other primary research activities
Create and grow the IQ marketing function
Contribute to IQ strategy
Meet with customers regularly either by participating in sales presentations, feedback sessions or supporting tricky implementations
Liaise with product management, operations and customer support to help improve overall customer experience with IQ
Opportunity to manage 1-2 people to help execute against this broad mandate
What YOU Bring to the table...
Track record of high-performance in a sales consultant, business development or marketing capacity
Experience supporting B2B software sales and marketing is an asset
Customers First orientation and a history of going above and beyond for B2B customers
Fluency with building effective business cases and articulating succinct business rationale to an executive audience including financial projections
Superlative communication skills to be able to sell ideas to customers, peers, executives, as well as external partners
Natural technical / business curiosity and a willingness to get into the details of a solution so that you can own the experience as the business prime
Strong relationship building and influencing skills within a matrix organization
Adaptable with a track record of balancing immediate needs with long-term priorities
Experience with sales & operations an asset
Required Professional Designation / Certification :
University degree, preferably in Engineering or Computer Science
Master of Business Administration (MBA) is an asset
Required Experience :
5-10 years’ progressive work experience in sale support, business development, product management or marketing
