Bilingual Facilities Services Coordinator (English / French)
Excel Personnel has been retained by our National Client to recruit a team of Bilingual Facilities Services Coordinators that will provid customer service and front line support to our clients Canadian clients with respect to the maintenance and operations of their buildings.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, handling inbound service requests received via telephone, email and web interface and initiating work orders to support timely fulfillment and resolution of client requests.
The Facilities Services Coordinators are required to provide service in English and French.
The Operations Centre is a critical environment within our client company in Kamloops, BC and is responsible for receiving and dispatching facilities service requests for its clients 7days a week / 24 hours a day / 365 days a year.
Currently, the Operations Centre provides facilities management support to over 20 clients across different industries and handles over 720,000 service requests a year.
The work environment is fast-paced and client-service focused. In order to ensure ongoing performance success, the Operations Centres team members are measured against service delivery metrics.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

MINIMUM EDUCATION : High school completion plus a specialized technical or business course
JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE : One year or less
Knowledge & Skills
Clear and effective communication skills in all languages
Evaluations will be completed for all candidates on Word, Excel, Outlook, Typing, Data Entry and Spelling Grammar Skills.

Starting Wage : $21.12 / hour
