We’re experiencing rapid growth in China and we’re looking for a superstar Software Sales Account Executive based out of Shanghai to join our sales team.
Our cloud-based Spa Management Software (SaaS) is used in over 60 countries by some of the world’s best-known Spa brands in upscale and luxury hotels, casinos, and independent chains to manage spa bookings, drive revenues and improve the guest experience.

The Ideal Candidate :
You enjoy hunting and nurturing new opportunities, have strong qualifying and closing skills, possess the ability to sell consultatively and sell value, not price
You have prior B2B software sales experience, preferably in mid-enterprise markets with longer sales cycles vs. transactional sales
You must have a track-record of consistently exceeding quota in prior roles
You are a self-starter and require minimal supervision (this is a remote, work from home position)
You are a strong individual contributor but aspire to grow into a leadership role within 2-3 years
Prior experience selling spa software or similar business management solutions in the hospitality, hotel or spa industry is beneficial but not essential
Compensation / Benefits :
We offer a competitive base salary with an uncapped commission structure with aggressive accelerators at 100% quota attainment.
