We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant with a mix of drive, curiosity, passion and enthusiasm. Reporting to an Associate Director, Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for recruiting the key Analytics & Data Science talent to support our AirMiles & Precima divisions.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience with strong knowledge on Technology / Analytics recruitment.

He / she should have involved in end to end recruitment and possess a broad knowledge of sourcing expertise, market research / intelligence, talent mapping, organization mapping etc.

and understand how to evaluate candidate / business backgrounds to core competencies and hiring needs.

What you’ll do

  • Sourcing key talent through head hunting with strong knowledge on social media including LinkedIn, Indeed & various job boards.
  • Work closely with Associate Director & other TA Consultants and business leads / heads to provide recommendations for recruitment strategy for identifying Analytics / Data Science talent pool and the use of online tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed etc.
  • Research and develop strategic solutions that will attract and acquire high quality candidates and build a pipeline for future needs.
  • Utilize alternative sourcing methods to attract an experienced, professional and diversified workforce. Sources would include community organizations, peers in other companies, search firms, technological resources, etc.

  • Accurate records in our applicant tracking system / candidate database (Taleo)
  • Understand the importance of networking and organize & execute various analytics & Data Science meet-ups along with our Talent Marketing team to provide intelligence to the hiring managers.
  • Develop a network throughout the industry to build an up-to-date pool of current and potential candidates. This includes contacts through industry groups and associations as well as direct contact with candidates.
  • Who you are

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree with a strong back recruitment background with at least 5 years of experience in hiring Analytics & Data Science and / or Technology talent, market / talent mapping etc.
  • The ability to build relationships with candidates & internal stakeholders (hiring managers) at all levels, and the desire to partner closely with other TA consultants to positively impact the business
  • The ability and desire to build a robust network of top talent by gaining market intelligence
  • Business acumen and competitive market awareness by participating in meet-ups / organizing professional events along with our Talent Marketing team.
  • Experience managing an applicant tracking system
  • Requires a professional with strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency
  • A strong candidate & client-focused attitude and aptitude - building credibility with an ability to persuade and influence decision makers, business leaders and internal / external candidates.
