We are seeking an Account Development Manager to join a newly created Account Based Marketing organization within the Revenue team at 360insights.
This position can work out of our Toronto or Whitby office.
360insights in on a mission to disrupt the way Fortune 1000 brands manage their channels by providing them a SaaS based platform to automate their program delivery, enhance user experience and deliver performance-based analytics.
The Account Development Manager will act as a Channel Technology Advocate and help to create, own and shape the playbook for Account Based demand creation!
Goals and Measurement
Build and manage deep intelligence on the buyers within the target accounts in your verticals
Identify and create advocates of technology based channel marketers within your target accounts
Drive a consistent and predictable run rate of sales ready buyers

Create an online persona and develop your professional brand to tell an authentic story
Leverage and help to curate an arsenal of tailored content and offers that addresses the early awareness and interest needs of channel marketers
Deploy laser focused campaigns aimed at delivering education to accounts on a 1 : 1 basis
Network at industry conferences and events
Unleash fun and creative three dimensional and out of the box tactics to entice our prospects to commit to taking action
Understands how to balance creativity with process to maximize results
Use sophisticated business development tools such as Post Beyond, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach and others to drive engagement
Receive as much coaching as required to ensure you feel supported and have strong direction in your role
Team with the vertical sales organization to ensure a smooth handoff of educated prospects that are ready to take the next step in their buying journey
Partner with the rest of the revenue marketing team to provide feedback on required content, offer performance and vertical insights
2-3 years in SaaS or BPO business development in a sales, marketing or client services capacity
Strong communication and writing skills in both phone, web conferencing and email
Comfortable with engaging prospects from first touch to first call
Uses technology like it’s an extension of your body we are a Salesforce.com shop and will be adding on many online tools as we go
Understands the role of social media for selling and is not afraid to put it out there
Happy to fail in the name of learning
Embraces the challenger sales model : teach, tailor and take control
Retail or technology experience a plus but not required
This role has minimal travel (10%) and is based in our head office in Whitby or Toronto, ON with flexibility to work remotely part time
