About You :
Previous experience in an administrative or Executive Assistant role preferred
College Diploma or University Degree preferred
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on PowerPoint and Excel (intermediate level or greater)
Proven ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast paced environment
Superior organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail
Strong oral and written business communication skills
High level of professionalism and the ability to deal effectively with all levels in the organization
