Our client, a non-profit organization located in the North York area, is looking for a full time Office Administrator to join their team.
Job duties of the Office Administrator role :
Manage front desk reception and other clerical duties
Manage contracts with cleaning staff, copier machines and other office supplies vendors
Facilitate bank deposits
Pull and run donation reports from the system
Manage annual general meeting including venue setup, agenda, minute-taking and putting materials together, etc
Calendar management for the board of directors
Participate in fund raising events
Prepare correspondence, documentation, and other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate for the Office Administrator will have the following attributes :
2 to 5+ years office administrative experience
Experience working in a non-profit organization is strongly preferred
Excellent attention to details and organizational skills
Excellent computer skills must be at intermediate level in Excel
Experience in using a POS called Echoage is ideal
Must be presentable and professional
Must be able to multitask
Excellent communication skills
Candidate must have a car
Clean criminal back ground
This is an excellent full time opportunity located in the North York area. The position is permanent with full benefits including medical, dental, vision and RRSP matching.
The hours are from 9 : 00am to 5 : 00pm Monday to Friday, some occasional weekends as required
Pay depends on experience.
