We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work with in our Seniors Langley Integrated Network of Care program.

Build on your career experience by :

  • Accepting referrals to the Seniors LINC and providing geriatric nursing services to clients in their homes, community and / or mobile clinic setting
  • Developing a comprehensive care plan in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
  • Following up with clients and / or caregivers, physicians and other health care providers regarding complex geriatric medical conditions
  • Coordinating home care services
  • Teaching clients and caregivers about geriatric health issues and providing information and demonstrating care activities
  • Your background includes :

  • Graduated from an approved school of Nursing
  • Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals (BCCNP)
  • Two (2) years recent, related nursing care experience working with the geriatric population
  • Valid BC Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle for business related purposes
  • This role is a casual position located in the community of Langley, BC which is comprised of the City of Langley and the Township of Langley, including the village of Fort Langley the birthplace of BC.
