A busy local company is in need of an Administrator / Customer Service Representative for a few weeks to cover an employee holiday.

This office temp role will be 48 hours over 6 days and some training will be provided.


  • POSITION : Administration and Customer Service Representative
  • DATES : Tues, Jan 30 to Tues, Feb 6 plus 2-3 training shifts prior to Jan30
  • HOURS : 48 hours over 6 days plus 2-3 training shifts,
  • LOCATION : office in Function Junction
  • ATTIRE : business casual
  • WAGES : $18 / hour plus 4% vacation pay
  • SHIFT COVERAGE REQUIRED : must be able to commit to them ALL

  • Training Shifts : 2-3 days week of Jan22-26 (flexible)

  • 2-3 years of customer service experience
  • 2-3 years of administrative experience
  • customer service oriented
  • mature & independent
  • organized, efficient and able to prioritize
  • excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • outgoing personality with a positive attitude
  • computer literate and quick to learn new systems
  • proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • basic bookkeeping experience is beneficial

  • Responsible for customer interaction, rentals, leases, IDs, closing accounts with systems
  • Work independently w limited training
  • Opening & lockup of the building (key holder, alarm codes)
  • Take and record customer payments (visa, debit, cash)
  • Must be mobile to walk the facility and do a premise check (security) as well as assist with moving heavy items from time to time.
