Intent of the process
Create inventory which can be used for indeterminate, term, part-time or casual appointments.
NOTE - casual employment means a short-term employment option to hire persons to the Public Service for a period not to exceed 90 working days in one department in any one calendar year

Successful completion of two years of secondary school or employer-approved alternatives.

Experience providing service to clients by telephone, in person or in writing.

Experience handling financial transactions in an office setting.
Experience typing from verbal dictation and hand written notes.
Experience providing record management services such as classifying, coding, indexing, cross-referencing, filing, retrieving, retention, archiving or destroying data.
Experience screening calls and directing the caller to the appropriate area.
Experience working with Veterans Affairs Canada programs, services or benefits.
Experience working in digital mail services - sending and / or receiving a high volume of digitized mail.
Experience providing support to employees with their office accommodations and ergonomics.
Experience working on a Wiki.
Experience working with budgets.
Experience in procurement.
Formal training in administration and / or Human Resources.
