The Executive Assistant is accountable for providing senior level administrative and operational support several executives and their leadership team within a large and / or diverse / complex department or business group, Monitors and ensures that administrative and operational processes and control standards are followed while seeking to determine, develop, and participate in implementation of improvement opportunities.
Provides related specialized support including managing smaller initiatives, developing management reporting and acting as an administrative / operational control point for the department.
