The Consumer Products division handles a comprehensive range of products such as furniture, appliances, electronics, sports equipment, pets, funeral products, direct sales, power sports, marine and RV’s and more.
The Inside Sales team is responsible for growing and developing all districts across Canada by signing new accounts and turning our inactive users into active ones.
The Inside Sales team plays a fundamental role in building a pipeline of prospects, closing deals and achieving revenue growth objectives.
Maintain and grow your existing portfolio of merchant accounts
Build and maintain relationship with merchants and leverage it to increase merchant's activity
Generate sales from inactive merchants and consumer accounts and turn them into highly active promoters
Research new potential leads and follow up on referrals from existing clients
Call prospective customers & explore opportunities to create business
Sign new accounts, develop and grow them to drive revenue
Help merchants build their business and grow sales by offering financing
$41,300 salary with on target earning up to $59,000

2+ years inside sales experience, in B2B environment is preferred
Undergraduate degree or college diploma
Fully bilingual (French and English) is mandatory
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tool would be a huge asset
Strong sales and customer service experience are a must (Strong phone presence)
Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (outgoing and personable)
Track record of over-achieving quota
Organized and process driven
Thrive in a fast-paced working environment
Effective when working independently and / or in a team environment
Strong business judgment
Desire to work in the finance industry and with a fast growing company
