Education

  • High School Diploma as a minimum ; post secondary education preferred
  • Experience in a customer service focused environment
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Able to deal with tight deadlines and competing priorities
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Strong understanding of computers and software
  • Fluency in both French and English
  • Duties / Responsibilities

  • Responsible to coordinate and maintain all service related needs and issues for customers
  • Liaise with Sales or other departments on issues pertaining to customer accounts
  • Process daily customer orders and / or forecasts
  • Maintain and update customer profiles, item lists and labels
  • Act as point of contact / intermediary between Customer, Sales, Production, Graphics and Quality Assurance to resolve queries, complaints, issues
  • Key contact for all Quebec customers including representing company at Quebec customer meetings
  • Negotiate with customer on issues related to order quantities and delivery timing when necessary
  • Communicate order status internally and externally as required
  • Provide stock status reports as requested by customers
  • Provide accurate and timely information to Shipping Department to meet customer deliveries
