We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst for one of our clients located in Toronto. The role is expected to serve as a role model, mentor and coach to the other members of this team to allow for the skill set of the entire group to rise.

The individual should possess significant background and experience in Business and Technology, in the Business Continuity, Crisis Management and Incident Management and related reporting area.

The resource should have experience working in Agile environment and should have an Agile mindset.

  • Responsibilities

  • Develop Incident and Crisis Management Operational Procedure Documentation
  • Integrate procedures across multiple incident response teams
  • Create incident management dashboards and reports using Archer
  • Coordinate the refresh of Crisis Management plans
  • Develop the schedule of ongoing Crisis Management program activities
  • Comfortable to lead and facilitate meetings and workshops with Business and Technology users for requirements Gathering.
  • Consult with management on business need, opportunities and operational effectiveness.
  • Determine need from customers and create a plan for the new modified process.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Leadership ability to lead components of medium to large sized projects / assignments, or one of moderate to high complexity, delegate structured assignments and monitor progress.
  • Assist in the development of junior team members.
  • Provide specific guidance to improve team capability and effectiveness.
  • Requirements

  • Experience of 5-8 years as a Business Analyst in Financial services industry is a must
  • CISSP, CISA, CISM, CBCP or ABCP certifications desired
  • Business Continuity, Crisis Management and Incident Management experience desired
  • Strong communication skills should be able to communicate with C-level management
  • Experience in putting together incident management process
  • Experience in Global crisis management domain
