Description The time is right to join OfficeTeam! We are seeking Experienced Senior Administrative Assistants in the Burlington / Oakville area.
Responsibilities for Senior Administrative Assistants include :
Preparing Agendas for Senior Management
Helping manage emails and work-related schedules
Running various searches at the same time
Coverage for Reception
Booking travel and accommodations
May include some personal assistant responsibilities. Qualifications Qualifications are :
High School Diploma or GED
2+ Years experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including : Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
Must be comfortable coordinating and communicating with all levels of the organization, to include Senior Executives.
Ability to use sound judgement to identify and proactively accomplish tasks.
Must be a skilled multi-tasker with a positive attitude and the desire to work in a high energy, fast paced, growth environment.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
