JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review and provide necessary reports for all Orders Awaiting Shipment
  • Update and process credit notes on returns and review all details within purchase orders
  • Remain updated and ensure accurate input of pricing via Accpac
  • Responsible for processing sales reports and the invoicing of back orders
  • Ensure timely and professional correspondence to customers regarding confirmation of orders, shipping documents & ETA's to customers
  • Point of contact for customer inquiries re : Short Shipments, Damaged items, Lost products
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in a business-to-business environment
  • College Diploma in Business or Administrative Studies
  • Experience with Accpac order entry, or equivalent system
  • 2 years’ experience working with customers, entering and processing orders
  • Knowledge and past experience working with retailers’ websites
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication in English, verbal and written
