Our client located in Brampton, ON is actively looking for a qualified candidate to fill this full time permanent role. Hours are Monday to Friday 9 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm.


  • Greet individuals entering the office and direct them to correct area
  • Perform office clerical duties such as printing, scanning, photocopying etc.
  • Maintain the front desk in a professional manner
  • Answer and operate the telephone system and switchboard
  • Direct and forward calls to correct individuals, as well taking messages
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments when necessary
  • Interact with couriers and sort incoming mail
  • Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role
  • Post-Secondary education in a related field
  • Human Resources education focus is an asset
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to deal professionally with individuals at all levels within the organization, as well as with external contacts
  • Ability to multitask, demonstrate organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize
  • Energetic, punctual, reliable and be able to work both as a team player and alone
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
