This is an outstanding opportunity where you will be playing a major role in creation of sales pipeline for SOTI, by following up on inbound leads, by converting them into qualified sales opportunities that results in closed won business.

Responsibilities

  • Build a strong sales pipeline by qualifying inbound leads (Trial downloads, inbound Phone & Email Inquiries) and converting them into qualified sales opportunities for our sales team to take forward.
  • Articulate the SOTI ONE Platform Solution, values and capabilities to prospects through phone and e-mail communication
  • Manage all prospective clients and opportunities in SalesForce, ensuring all communications are accurately logged and necessary documents are attached
  • Always maintain a good understanding of SOTI ONE Platform, Emerging Mobile technologies and competitive intelligence
  • Meet or exceed quarterly targets (number of sales opportunities creation, minimum number of activities per lead and other quality standards)
  • Qualifications

  • 1 year of previous experience in inside sales, prospecting or equivalent
  • Will consider New Graduates with some experience looking to make a career in High Tech Sales
  • Some technical background / knowledge in software or technology
  • Strong desire to be in technology sales and aptitude to learn new technologies
  • Knowledge of mobile device platforms highly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident communicator, comfortable to speak with managers, executives and peers
  • Ability to excel in a team-oriented, collaborative and fast-paced environment
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a high degree of initiative, a can-do attitude, results and goal-driven mindset and the ability to achieve set targets
  • Polished customer service skills and an ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
  • Strong work ethic, ability to adapt to rapidly-changing environments and a positive attitude
  • Attention to detail in all areas of work with strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
