They will bring experience gained from within Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, or from within another world class hotel or resort.

Functional Expertise Highly knowledgeable on luxury Health Club standards, service expectations, and typical guest expectations

Selling Skills Able to retail and sell products, meet or exceed sales targets

Minimum 2 years previous work experience in a similar capacity with an international world-class luxury Health Club mandatory
Previous Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts experience highly preferred or comparable experience with key competitor
Fitness related courses in a Fitness organization an asset.
