We are currently seeking Facilities Supervisor to lead a team in a dynamic facility by providing facilities management and operational expertise.
The position’s objective is to manage the day-to-day operation of a fully integrated maintenance management system in a Hospital operated for the owner by Honeywell.
The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for servicing mechanical and electrical equipment and general building maintenance to ensure tenant environmental comfort and that the building operation complies with contractual obligations.
Provide on-site technical support so that contractual commitments are met, which includes maintenance and repair of the facility assets.
Provide expertise on assigned projects concerning design, construction, development, or installation of buildings and facilities
Drive continuous improvements throughout the site location in support of Honeywell Facilities and Honeywell Operating System related activities
