Dean Group is currently searching for several online customer service representatives for our busy client in Waterloo.

These permanent positions are the ideal role for recent graduates looking to gain clerical and administrative experience.

Positions start at $15 / hour and come with benefits.

You will be responsible for assisting customers online with any questions or concerns they have. You will be using online tools to help investigate customer issues and troubleshoot problems.

Job Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Great computer skills with a proficiency in MS Office
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and problem solving
