We are currently recruiting for a part-time Legal Document Specialist to provide after-hours technological support. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and modifying legal documentation, spreadsheets and presentation materials, as well as, troubleshooting documents and providing overflow administrative support to all firm members.
Major Responsibilities and Duties :
Formats and converts documents in accordance with established Firm standards
This requires attaining and maintaining expert knowledge of various applications.
Education and Experience
Legal Secretarial program certificate plus at least 5 to 7 years of experience in a professional, service-oriented office environment or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Knowledge and Skills
This position is eligible for single person extended health and dental benefits.
