The Adolescent Medicine Team is an Interdisciplinary Team of the Children’s and Women’s Health Program consisting of an Adolescent Medicine Pediatrician, General Pediatrician, Nurse Practitioner, Dietician, Psychologist and Social Worker.
Together, we work to care for adolescents with a variety of different medical conditions and their families.
This is a salaried position in the Children & Women’s Health (Child) Program of Eastern Health, and is accountable for the provision of comprehensive health care services to the patients receiving care from the Program.
This position is accountable to the Division Head and reports to the Clinical Chief of the Child Health Program.

The specific role of the Adolescent Medicine Pediatrician is to work together with the other interdisciplinary team members in the assessment, diagnosis and management of adolescents with a variety of medical conditions, both as outpatient and inpatients.
The Adolescent Medicine Pediatrician provides holistic medical care to adolescent through outpatient clinic visits, inpatient consultations and care as well as outpatient and inpatient meetings and rounds.
