Our client is an IT Computer Consulting firm based in Mississauga. Their specialty is providing clients with quick, and efficient on-

demand computer services for small to medium sized companies. Their services include IT support and maintenance, network management, file, exchange and backup servers and more.

We are working with them in their search for an Administrative Associate and Dispatch Coordinato r to provide a broad variety of basic clerical support duties associated with the day-

to-day operations of the company.

Major Responsibilities

  • Answer the telephone and coordinate and schedule dispatch allocation of IT Support resources to enable task performance.
  • Invoice processing and light bookkeeping
  • Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Input and / or retrieve data for designated records, files, etc., usually via computerized systems. Maintain complete and accurate information in CRM database
  • Perform simple calculations, and complete job-related forms (hand written and electronic). Tabulate and compile data in a standard format for analysis by others.
  • This may include setting up basic spreadsheets or documents.

  • Communicate with other outside sources in some cases to exchange information. This includes responding to queries and requests for information.
  • Perform general office duties which may include filing office documents and maintaining filing systems, responding to routine inquiries, scheduling / arranging meetings, ordering office supplies, etc.
  • Qualifications

  • Secondary school diploma
  • Computer skills, including ability to operate job-related PC systems, data entry and retrieval, wordprocessing, basic spreadsheet applications, etc
  • A minimum of 6 months of previous work experience
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
