Salary : Up to $45,000 per year

Job Duties :
Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings for the CEO’s office
Provide administrative support, including word processing, photocopying, faxing and filing
Maintain an up-to-date contact database for the CEO’s office
Maintain a mail log of incoming and outgoing mail for the CEO’s office
Prepare purchase orders, expense reports and travel arrangements for the CEO’s office
Arrange and coordinate couriers and mail distribution for the Executive Office
Provide assistance to the EA to the CEO in preparation for CCSA Board of Directors’ meetings, including logistics
Provide reception duties representing CCSA, often as the first point of contact
Mandatory Requirements (must be clearly outlined on your resume) :
Bilingualism in English and French
3 to 5 years of administrative experience
Relevant training and experience, preferably through a diploma or degree program
2 years’ experience with electronic calendar management
Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) essential
Asset Requirements :
Knowledge of databases
Experience working in governmental, non-governmental and international organizations
Project management experience in both public and private sectors
