The Broadband Networks Operations team is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and driven individual with a proven track-record to join our Strategy and Business Enablement team.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role planning, executing and delivering both quick win and End-to-End projects in Broadband Networks (BBN).
In this role, you will collaborate across business units, and with key stakeholders to execute on initiatives with high complexity and / or business impact.
You expertise will help us drive innovation and continuous improvement in the best practices we deliver to our customers and BBN team members.

Reporting to the Director of Business Strategy Development, this position is accountable for end to end project delivery, across a highly collaborative and capable group of BBN, CE, Channel and Marketing Channel team members.
In this role you will :
Work in partnership with our business partners to identify and develop execution plans to address gaps in End-to-End processes, systems, and training to ensure our Field Technicians are set up for success
Using you project management expertise, you will enable cross-functional teams to influence and deliver on BBN projects that help reduce customer effort, improve order quality, and simplify the Field Technicians' day
As an independent leader within Broadband Operations, you will bring thought leadership and best practices to the team and help us continually improve -
helping us expand our knowledge in project management, drive with agile type methodology, and create innovative quick win solutions for the BBN team and our customers

You’ll have a great background in managing large scale projects with multiple stakeholder groups, with different priorities and agendas
The ideal candidate will have solid experience dealing with ambiguous requirements and translating them into concrete project outcomes in the language of their specific audiences
You will have previously demonstrated leadership, problem solving, negotiation, communication and analytical skills with both internal and external stakeholders
It’s essential to have excellent all round communication and collaboration skills
This role requires someone who is not only highly motivated, creative and self-sufficient with the ability to work successfully under pressure but also a self-
started who thrives in ambiguous environments
Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent education and / or experience would be preferred
A minimum of 3-5 years’ work experience managing projects or leading cross functional teams would be advantageous
Stakeholder management experience including senior executives is an asset
Agile project management experience (Scrum / Kanban environments) is an asset
PMP designation preferred, but not required
