A Day in the Life of a Senior Customer Service Representative

As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will deliver an exceptional experience to our residential customers, answering incoming calls, always remembering that there is a real person on the other end of the phone who is looking for help, guidance, and support.

You'll also provide support to your team members by serving as a resource. Both of these are opportunities for you to identify and exceed our customer expectations by committing to and building strong relationships internally and externally.

What you Need to be Qualified for the Senior Customer Service Representative Position

  • Minimum of 3 years' CSR experience, preferably in the service industry
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Patience and a willingness to "go the extra mile" for both our clients and team
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Superior time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Computer proficiency
