Provides effective training and education through artistry technique to elevate the field’s artistry skills and service experience to support the brand’s signature service in order to drive sales.
Educates and inspires in-store teams by participating in artistry workshops, in-store events, education seminars, master classes, etc.
Establishes strong store relationships with Regional Sales Managers, Account Executives and Account Coordinators in the field within their market to gain a better understanding of the business needs.
Partners and communicates weekly with RSM on overall business and opportunities.
Leads by example to train teams on artistry and selling techniques. Develops new creative ways to sell and demonstrate product to work in store to promote sell through.
Supports field events and represents the company as the top-level artistry team for PA’s and other prestigious level events.
Executes and follows up on the education content created to ensure brand consistency and skill.
Responsible for providing sales and training feedback, education results and other metrics to gage effectiveness of training and accountability.
Participates in and attends all mandatory Brand Training Summits and Regional Meetings to lead artistry education demonstrations.
May facilitate and lead the Artistry Training segment in the regional meetings.
Supports other retailer artistry requests such as Master Classes, headliner events within the region, etc.
Demonstrates the highest level of professionalism while maintaining a positive attitude at all times.
Must be open to receive constructive and specific feedback to improve skill, evolve the artistry to the needs of the brand and further develop as a professional.
Supports and facilitates key retailer specific trainings such as Macy’s Impulse Artistry Trainings, Sephora Sr. Level Education programs, Nordstrom Stay and Plays, Ulta Cluster trainings, New Store Openings, Trend Shows, Master Classes, as well as the Beverly Hills Salon.
Acts as key headliner for high level events (such as a Trend show Speaker, Master Class Artist facilitator) to be able to drive sales as well as get firsthand experience of what’s working and what’s not from an event execution and education stand point.
Partners with the Director of Artistry & Education to collaborate and implement educational content in the field to create consistency in education messaging across the different retail store environments to influence the sales teams in the field, store staff and ultimately the customer.
Provides feedback on event service, sales and education tactics to the VP of Field Sales and the Director of Artistry & Education to provide consistency within the brand and to engage the store staff as well as retain, recruit and engage customers to become loyal fans of the brand.
Supports product, marketing campaigns and other company initiatives to ensure successful execution and impact sales in store, and events (PA’s, Salon, Trade Shows, etc.)
Participates in Regional Team conference calls to provide partnership and create solutions to address business needs around education and events to drive sales.
Participates in Artistry Team conference calls to gain education information, plans, strategy and updates from the Director of Artistry & Education
Will be responsible for staying within T & E budgets and the company expense policy
Upholds Anastasia Beverly Hills Dress Code Guidelines & consistently demonstrate a polished & professional appearance, frequently changing makeup styles to reflect current trends by wearing seasonal looks.

Minimum of 3-5 years in Sales, Training and Education in the Cosmetic Industry
Demonstrated ability to inspire, coach and develop a team through feedback and hands on engagement
Ability to work collaboratively and build positive / effective business partnerships
Ability to interact with all levels of management in a fast paced, high growth, changing environment
Ability to work independently to prioritize and achieve results.
Must be open to receiving feedback and have a solutions oriented approach
Must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (i.e. : verbal, written, group presentation and through facilitation)
Proficient in Basics in Word, Excel, PPT
Proficient in Google Drive preferred.
