The person in this role will be responsible for cultivating strongrelationships and breakthrough business results between Keurig Canada andKeurig Authorized Distributors.

This person will report to the Director ofsales, Away from Home and will be a member of the Sales organization.


  • Manage a team of three regional sales managers and also own some accounts;
  • Ensure strong emphasis on building market shares and operation excellence by maximizing distribution and implementing AFH programs.
  • Develop an overall regional strategy and annual account plans supported with detailed yearly budget plans and monthly forecasts for each assigned accounts to help track progress towards sales objectives;
  • Responsible for customer performance in the areas of volume, profit, distribution merchandising, trade fund management, pricing, and expense management;
  • Work with the Commercial Strategy team on new business opportunities and existing programs to retain and grow accounts;
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure goals regarding Account Receivables are met
  • Work with internal customer service team on ad hoc situations
  • Responsible for contractual agreements with assigned customers engaging appropriate stakeholders;
  • Lead customer engagement strategy with key customer stakeholders;
  • Develop and present effective Sales Presentations to clients as well as internally;
  • Recognize and track competitive opportunities, advantages and business trends;
  • Manage day-to-day account relationships through effective personal communication and delegation to various areas and partners within the organization;
  • Travel across Eastern Canada;
  • Train and encourage all Regional Sales Managers;
  • Work yearly on the Annual Operating Planning (AOP) for his Accounts;
  • Work directly with Director of Sales and Commercial Strategy team ongoing to better understand changing needs of Regional Accounts.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent;
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant Sales experience, including experience in leading a team
  • Experience in Office Coffee and Food Service industry
  • Competencies

  • Advanced knowledge and proficiency of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Leadership skills;
  • Strategic selling experience in all phases of selling process;
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, able to prioritize responsibilities and multi-task;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders;
  • Customer service oriented;
  • Must be available to travel across Eastern Canada 35% of time;
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced changing environment.
