Job Description About This Role

We are looking for a collaborative individual to support the execution and implementation of large or highly-complex projects that enable the simplification of processes and achieve our Delivery Transformation goals of improving project delivery.

Here's some of what you may be asked to perform :

  • Responsible for keeping track of Value creation through DevOps adoption across the segment identified apps
  • Responsible for building the CIO dashboard and articulating how adoption of CI and CD specific capability is creating value for their respective segments
  • Responsible for reporting back the LoB adoption Value which will feed into overall DevOps adoption dashboard
  • Support and facilitate process workshops to collect Before and After metrics
  • Gather and analyze data to drive insights on current state performance and measure process improvement benefits
  • Elicit and extract actionable insights from internal and external customers both quantitative and qualitative
  • Present recommendations supported by detailed analysis to Business Partners and senior executives
  • Contribute to the development of processes that have a measurable impact on our shared commitments
  • Perform data collection activities to measure process performance including time studies, interviews and observations
  • Monitor process performance and analyze variances from performance objectives to maximize benefits
  • Job Requirements What can you bring to TD? Share your credentials, but your relevant experience and knowledge can be just as likely to get our attention. It helps if you have :

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Good understanding of end to end SDLC
  • Basic knowledge of process improvement methodologies
  • Demonstrated project management knowledge, with a preference to experience in a technology delivery role and / or knowledge of our TD Project Delivery methodology
  • Experience in identifying and measuring metrics to measure performance
  • Ability to synthesize and interpret data including strong excel skills (relational data skills preferred)
  • Desire to make an impact and assume ownership for initiatives
  • Innovation mindset to continuously seek improvements
  • Ability to consolidate information and communicate key focus areas to Stakeholders
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio,etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
