This is an opportunity to be a member of an exciting truly interdisciplinary Network, supporting the assessment and treatment of individuals with complex injuries in Ontario!
Key accountabilities include :
Opportunity to liaise with physician specialists (including orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, psychiatrists, psychologists) and other healthcare providers to devise treatment plans
Performing complex clinical assessments and implementation of active treatment plans for clients
Providing ongoing evaluation of client progress and contribute to regular team reporting
Familiarity with Functional Capacity Evaluations
Attendance and participation in weekly case conferences with the interdisciplinary team
Working cooperatively with clients, treatment team and third party funders to achieve specific objective and measurable goals
Communicating with appropriate referral sources and stakeholders
Participating in quality improvement initiatives
You will need to be :
A graduate of a recognized University Physiotherapy degree program
Registered with the Provincial College of Physiotherapists
1+ years of experience as a fully registered clinician is preferred
