Must have a Master's degree in an area directly related to the course and 10 years of executive experience in the public sector.
Must have extensive experience in the Human Resources (HR) domain with knowledge of the various policies and regulations that influence HR in public sector organizations.
Must also have practical experience with leadership development either in an academic or organizational context.

IMPORTANT - The Telfer School of Management uses the University standard ''Brightspace D2L’’ (D2L) as its electronic course document repository.
You will be required to use it as the main communication tool with your students, including for marks recording and distribution.
You must provide validation that you have been trained in Brightspace D2L or have knowledge of a similar product. For candidates who do not have the knowledge or require a refresher, training sessions in Brightspace D2L is offered by the University.
Please also note that the selected part-time professor is required to communicate with the course coordinator for approval of the course outline, mid-
term and final exams. This is to ensure consistency of content between course sections, including information such as learning objectives.
If appointed, the candidate must attend a mandatory orientation session on teaching in the MBA program. This requirement could be waived on approval of the program director.
